Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To avoid a cancellation fee, we kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled through our online booking system or by texting 843-452-0989.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
